Residente em Cacilhas, João Vasco, aka MAIO, está ligado ao graffiti desde 1998. Street artist e Designer Gráfico, licenciado em Design de Comunicação pela Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa, é continuamente inspirado pela cultura folk. Da tela à parede, combina a plasticidade dos pincéis com o aerosol.
MAIO será um dos writers convidados a pintar poemas na parede do Jardim do Palácio Pimenta (Museu de Lisboa), ao vivo – numa experiência a não perder.

João Vasco, aka MAIO, lives in Cacilhas, and he is connected to the graffiti world since 1998. Street artist and Graphic Designer, graduated in Communication Design by the  Fine Arts University of Lisbon, he’s continually inspired by the folk culture.
From the canvas to the wall, he combines the plasticity of the brushes
with the spray paint.
MAIO will be one of the writers invited to paint poems on the wall of the Pimenta Palace Garden (Lisbon Museum) – in a live experience that can not to be missed.
