Esta Mostra é o resultado de um desafio lançado à criação de filmes baseados em poemas, apelando à captação e edição de vídeos originais, enquanto ferramentas de interpretação e tradução da linguagem poética para a linguagem visual.

Atelier de escrita criativa e oralidade, baseado no cante alentejano para 3 turmas bilíngues (português – francês). Formação por Clotilde de Brito, Jean Yves Bertogal, Mick Mengucci e Raquel Lima, em parceria com o Instituto Francês de Portugal.

19:30 – 20:00 PERFORMANCE COM MARIANA BUGALLO
Mariana Bugallo é poeta oral, actriz, guionista, cantora e activista. Foi uma das coordenadoras do Slam Argentino e promove eventos de promoção e difusão da literatura oral. Mais informações sobre a artista aqui.

10:00 – 16:00 PERCURSO PALAVRAS ANDANTES
Actividade idealizada por Li Alves e Raul Álvares, que permite aos convidados conhecer a cidade de forma criativa, guiados em pequenos grupos por Lisboa, enquanto vão respondendo a diversos desafios num processo de criação colectivo, para no final cada grupo apresentar um poema-performance.
21:00 NOITE DE SPOKENWORD E MICROFONE ABERTO
Noite de aproximação da música à poesia, nas várias línguas presentes durante o festival. Estarão reunidos poetas, performers e actores de vários países do mundo para um momento de partilha poética aberto a todos. Mais informações sobre os convidados do festival aqui.
22:00 – 23:00 MENOR SLAM DO MUNDO
Ideia original de Daniel Minchoni (São Paulo), o Menor Slam do Mundo é o crème de la crème de la crème de la crème da poesia. Os slammers tem apenas 10 segundos para sacudir o mundo com suas poucas porém profundas palavras, numa competição de mini-poemas dinamizada por Viton Araújo.

16:00 – 17:00 MESA-REDONDA “LINGUAGEM: FRONTEIRAS E ENCONTROS”
Mesa-redonda sob o tema do festival. Parte da linguagem como ferramenta de comunicação, capacidade humana de traduzir ideias, imagens e emoções em conceitos, e reflexão sobre a forma como esses conceitos criam fronteiras entre si – a poesia do outro – e/ou encontros e sinergias entre diferentes linguagens artísticas.

Apresentação dos poemas-performances que resultam do percurso de 14 de Outubro.
22:00 FINAL NACIONAL DE POETRY SLAM
Este encontro reúne poetas de várias cidades do país para se seja eleito pelo público o vencedor nacional de Poetry Slam, que irá representar Portugal em encontros internacionais de poesia, poetry slam e spokenword. Tem na sua base uma Rede Nacional de Poetry Slam, composta pelas organizações que ao longo do ano desenvolvem nas suas cidades encontros regulares de Poetry Slam. Creative workshop aimed at kids from Evora and Lisbon: 3 classes, 75 pupils will work with 4 slammers to develop their creativity and oral skills, in partnership with French Institute in Portugal.

19:30 – 20:00 PEFORMANCE WITH MARIANA BUGALLO
Mariana Bugallo is a poet, performer, writer, singer and activists. She was one of the organizers of the Slam Argentino de Poesía Oral, created in Buenos Aires in 2011 and coordinated events of promotion of spoken word in the International Book Fair of Buenos Aires, the International Festival of Literature of Buenos Aires, the Bienal de Arte Joven and other festivals all through Argentina. 10:00 – 16:00 ROUTE WALKING WORDS
This activity is aimed at our international guests and will give them a chance to get to know the city in a creative way. In small groups, they will be guided through the city and create a group performance that they will present on Saturday 15th of October, along with other groups.
21:00 OPEN-MIC AND SPOKENWORD NIGHT
Poetry night in various languages, representing the diversity of the guests attending the festival. Will appeared on stage: poets, performers and actors from various countries for a special poetry event opened to everyone. More infos about the guests of the festival here.
22:00 – 23:00 THE WORLD’S MINOR SLAM
Based on an original idea of Daniel Minchoni (São Paulo), the World’s Minor Slam (Menor Slam do Mundo) is the “creme de la creme” of poetry. Slammers will only have 10 seconds to rock the audience with a few but powerful words. Will also be presented a series of videos with poets from Brasil, as well as a competition of mini-poems curated by Viton Araújo.

16:00 – 17:00 ROUND-TABLE ON LANGUAGE: BARRIERS AND BRIDGES
The theme of the festival is based on the idea that language is much more than a communication tool; it is also the capacity to turn ideas, images and emotions into concepts. In this edition we will work on these concepts (through word, music, drawing or video) and try to understand how we create the barriers within these elements – the poetry of the other – and / or bridges and synergies between artists.
Venue: Tenda – Chapitô
21:00 PERFORMANCE WALKING WORDS
Our 14 international guests will present an original performance based on the “Walking Words” poetic journey around Lisbon they have experienced on the previous day.
22:30 NATIONAL FINAL OF POETRY SLAM
The best of the best of Portuguese Slammers will be competing for the title of Portuguese Slam Champion. Coming from various cities around the country, the audience and a jury will vote for the best slammer who will then represent Portugal in International poetry, slam and spokenword events. Titanic sur Mer is a new space emerging with a very own programming on the night of Lisbon. And it is in this kind of cabaret that the festival ends this year, overlooking the Tagus River.
