Poeta slam, performer, VJ, curadora de eventos independentes de arte multimédia (BYOB, Share Warsaw). Com uma forte presença na cena internacional de poesia oral e do Slam, apresentou os seus poemas nos mais importantes eventos de poesia oral na Polónia e no estrangeiro: FLUPP – Rio de Janeiro 2015; ORDSPRAK – Uppsala International Poetry Festival; Spoke’N’Word on Tour em Paris, Kiev, Londres e Pequim; Reims Slam d’Europe; European Slam Meeting – Berlim 2009; Connect em Düsseldorf, para mencionar só alguns.

Weronika trabalha com formas de poesia interdisciplinares e performativas. Colabora regularmente com o projeto audiovisual plan.kton, com o qual realizou performances na Polónia e no estrangeiro (Illustrative Festival Berlin; Budapest Tranzfer Literature Festival; Live Performers Meeting na cidade do México; Patch Lab; Bunkier Sztuki -Cracóvia). Em 2012, numa inauguração interativa online na galeriawdomu.pl, apresentou animações e vídeos poéticos de tutoriais da Internet. No mesmo ano, apresentou performances audiovisuais a solo na Galeria Kordegarda em Varsóvia e também no contexto do Festival Internacional “Sans Titre mais poétique #2” em Estrasburgo.

Participou recentemente no projeto internacional de teatro e de poesia oral “Syntax Error”, em colaboração com Amy Everhart, vencedora americana de Poesia Slam e actriz do Teatro Kurage em Gotemburgo (estreia em Abril de 2013). Está atualmente a escrever a sua tese de Doutoramento sobre “Experiências imersivas em práticas artísticas performativas”. Dirige de forma regular oficinas de poesia oral, performances literárias e de narração digital multimédia. Apresentou as suas performances em Performance Art Studies#39, Creaking Wooden Fish em Veneza e Contexts 2015 – 5th. International Sokolovsko Festival of Ephemeral Art.

Strongly linked to the international spoken word and poetry slam scene, she has presented her poems at the most important spoken word and poetry events in Poland and abroad: FLUPP Rio de Janeiro 2015, ORDSPRAK Uppsala International Poetry Festival, Spoken’Word on Tour in Paris, Kiev, London and Beijing, Reims Slam d’Europe, European Slam Meeting Berlin 2009, Connect in Dusseldorf, to name but a few.

Weronika experiments with interdisciplinary and performative forms of poetry. On a regular basis, she cooperates with audiovisual project plan.kton, with whom she has performed in Poland and abroad (i.e. at  Ilustrative Festival Berlin, Budapest Transzfer Literature Festival, Live Performers Meeting in Mexico City, Patch Lab in Bunkier Sztuki in Krakow). In 2012, in an interactive vernissage on-line at galeriawdomu.pl, she presented her poetic animations and videos based of Internet tutorials. The same year, she presented her solo audiovisual performances in Kordegarda Gallery in  Warsaw and during the international festival of different poetic forms Sans Titre Maise Poetique #2 in Strasburg.

Lately, she has taken part in an international theater and spoken word project called “Syntax Error” in cooperation with Amy Everhart, US-poetry slam champion and actresses of Teater Kurage in Goteborg (the piece premiered in April 2013).
Weronika is writing her PhD thesis on “Immersive experiences in performative artistic practices”. On a regular bases she leads workshops on spoken word, literary performances and trans-media digital storytelling.
She presented her performances on the Performance Art Studies #39 | Creaking Wooden Fish in Venice and Contexts 2015 – The 5th International Sokolovsko Festival of Ephemeral Art.
